SketchMind is live. Here's what you can do today, what it costs, and what's coming next.

  • SketchMind is live at app.sketchmind.app and free to start — no card required.
  • Describe an idea — optionally with a PDF as context — and the AI builds the board: presentation, flow, plan or checklist.
  • Present straight from the board, or generate a document from it — documents download as PDF on the paid plans.
  • Your workspace keeps boards, documents and folders together, on desktop, tablet and mobile.

SketchMind is live. After months of building, anyone can sign up at app.sketchmind.app and turn a described idea into a structured, editable board — with the first frames appearing while the AI is still working.

Why we built SketchMind

Whiteboard tools are powerful and almost universally underused, because they all start the same way: with an empty page. The people who get value out of them are the people who already know how to structure their thinking spatially. Everyone else stares at the blank canvas, drags out three boxes, and gives up.

We flipped the order. You describe what you're working on; SketchMind draws the first version. You spend your time reacting, rearranging and improving — which is the part humans are actually good at.

What you can do today

Four things, end to end. Create: describe an idea — optionally with a PDF as context — and get a structured board: a presentation, flow, plan or checklist. Edit: everything the AI makes is a normal element you can move, rewrite and restyle, and the AI can rewrite a single frame on request. Present: walk through your board frame by frame in presentation mode, no export needed. Finish: generate a clean, sendable document from your board and download it as a PDF.

Around your boards sits a workspace that keeps everything in one place: your boards, folders, generated documents under Final documents, recent activity, plus a light agenda and focus view for the working day — on desktop, tablet and mobile.

What the plans look like

SketchMind is free to try, without a card. The free plan gives you five boards with up to two people on a board, and a set of one-time trial credits for the AI: five board generations, five frame rewrites and ten handwriting conversions. Creating, editing and presenting are not metered on any plan.

What's next

The public roadmap lists what we're building, in the order we're building it. If something you need is missing, tell us via the contact page — the roadmap has moved more than once because of a single good argument.

You shouldn't need to learn a tool to think out loud.
