Somewhere between "should we hire a contractor or a full-timer?" and the fourth message thread about it, someone says: let's just map this out. They're right. A decision tree is one of the oldest thinking tools there is, because it forces a vague argument into a shape: here is the choice, here are the questions that decide it, and here is where each branch ends.

How to make a decision tree in SketchMind
